Traci is the founder of Mom Pods, a virtual social space for meaningful conversations about motherhood, and the owner of Back To You Support, a local agency providing prenatal and postpartum support for mothers around the Chicago area. Traci is also a mother of two elementary age children whose early years inspired her mission to improve the support options available to mothers in that stage.

Prior to finding her calling in maternal support, Traci was a Director and VP at two large e-commerce startups in New York City and Chicago, focusing on Business Strategy, Operations, and Revenue Growth. Her entrepreneurial spirit and business background developed from an undergraduate degree at Duke University and through her post graduate employment in Management Consulting at Bain & Company in Chicago, where she worked on teams advising Fortune 500 companies and private equity groups.

Traci is passionate about raising her children, first and foremost, and the role motherhood plays in women’s mental health. She enjoys travel, running, and healthy living, and she has a side hustle of cake decorating. Her favorite parts of the day are family dinner and tuck-in time. She’s not a big fan of the morning. ;)
