3. Reclaim — Restoring self-worth and emotional freedom

4. Integration — Embodying love and belonging in your own life

• Two live sessions per week (teaching + healing)

• A guided unburdening meditation recording

• Reflection prompts and journaling invitations

• A safe, loving community of women walking this same path
